Reasonable doesn't come into it - building work is known to be expensive. Repair was essential so had to be paid for and I know this Builder was efficient and trustworthy.

The work was carried out efficiently and with consideration. The workers were polite, clean and friendly and left no mess at the end of the job. I would recommend them to friends without hesitation.

My candid estimation is that both Mr Grigg who supervised, and the men who undertook the work did a job that could be well described as 'PAR EXCELLENCE' in other words very good indeed.

When I called to ask if someone could come round to give me a quote to have the roof repaired, the proprietor came round the following morning to inspect the roof. We received a quote by email on Saturday, the next again day, and agreed the work should proceed. This was duly done by very efficient men on Monday and we settled our bill happily the following day, 13th November.
